The IBON IB1660 is an advanced automatic leather cutting solution designed for high-volume footwear and leather product manufacturing.

Equipped with an intelligent vision system, the machine automatically detects leather defects, avoids defective areas, and generates the optimal nesting layout to maximize leather utilization and reduce material waste.

The IB1660 features a dual-head working system with three functional areas:

Area A – Leather Inspection & Nesting
The camera system scans the leather hide, identifies defects, and automatically creates an optimized cutting layout while avoiding defective areas.

Area B – High-Precision Cutting Area
After nesting, the leather is transferred to the cutting area for precise cutting. While one hide is being cut, the next hide can be prepared in Area A simultaneously, greatly improving production efficiency.

Area C – Material Collection Area
The finished cut pieces are collected conveniently for the next production process.

With two industrial projectors, the IB1660 provides visual cutting guidance, allowing operators to clearly see the cutting patterns and positions directly on the leather.
